Stef’s visual work is rooted in inner experience and emotional vulnerability, drawing on lived psychological realities. Her exhibitions and interdisciplinary events explore themes of mental health, grief, memory, and attachment through drawing, text, and material experimentation. She is inspired by artists such as Frida Kahlo, ZdzisÅ‚aw BeksiÅ„ski, and Egon Schiele, particularly in their unfiltered engagement with pain, fear, and intimacy. Her practice moves between solitary and collaborative forms, with recent work expanding toward more three-dimensional and sculptural approaches.
